Delivery

Delivery to UK addresses is free — it is included in the price you see. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, and most arrive 1–3 working days after dispatch.

We don't currently ship outside the UK.

Returns

If you're not happy, you can return an unused item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price. Please email [email protected] with your invoice number first and we'll confirm the returns address.

Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we'll cover it. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
