Who we are

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include free UK delivery. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken securely by PayPal at checkout, by PayPal account or debit/credit card. Your order is accepted once payment is complete and an invoice has been emailed to you.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. See delivery & returns for timescales.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we also offer an extended 30-day returns window. Items must be returned unused. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

Compatibility

Products are designed to fit the tools named in each listing. Brand names are used only to describe compatibility; XUP Tools is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands. Please check measurements before ordering. Fixings are not included unless stated.

Fitting

Wall mounts must be fixed securely with fixings suitable for your wall or van lining. We are not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable fixings or incorrect installation.
