We only collect what we need to deliver your order.

What we collect

When you buy, PayPal passes us your name, email address, delivery address and the details of what you bought. We never see or store your card or bank details — PayPal handles payment.

How we use it

To send your order, email your invoice, handle returns and keep accounting records we are legally required to keep. We don't sell your data or send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

PayPal (payments), Resend (sending order emails), Cloudflare (hosting this website) and the delivery carrier (your address only).

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Your basket is saved in your own browser so it isn't lost if you leave the page. PayPal may set its own cookies during checkout.
