Questions
How does the voucher arrive?
By email, usually within a few minutes of paying. It comes as a printable voucher with a code on it, so you can forward the email or print it and hand it over.
How long is it valid?
12 months from the day you buy it. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
What if the order costs less than the voucher?
The rest stays on the code for next time. Nothing is wasted, so a £50 voucher can be spent across two or three orders.
What if the order costs more?
The voucher covers what it can and the difference is paid by card or PayPal at checkout.
Can it be used on anything?
Yes, anything on the site, and delivery is free so there are no extras to catch anyone out. It can’t be used to buy another gift voucher or combined with a discount code.
Can I get a refund on a voucher?
Email us within 14 days of buying it and we’ll refund it, as long as none of it has been spent.
Anything else, email [email protected].
